How do you order the VBARS Premium service
for your party of event? Here is an example of the process
that will occur in the build up to your party or event.

Please fill in our online enquiry form,
email or call us to let us know the basic details for your
party and what bar features you would like to appear.

From this, the VBARS team will use your
information to prepare a quote or provide you with more
information so that we can move towards a quote.

Once agreed, a deposit will be
requested to book the service and the date.

Any customised drinks will be arranged at
this point and the menus agreed.

VBARS will apply for a necessary licences on your behalf (with permission of the
property owner). This must be done three weeks before your event.

On acceptance of the licenses,
outstanding payments will be made.

Velocity Bars will arrive before the start of the event to set up the bar.
We can require a space of 2m wide x 2m deep. Please let us know when you contact
us if the event will be in a difficult location (for
example, in a top floor flat or a location that is
inaccessible by vehicle) - if this is the case, set up and
pack up times will be extended.

You are then required to enjoy your
event and mingle with your guests.

VBARS will pack up after the bar close
which will take up to 1.5 hours (depending on location).
There won't even be any dirty glasses for you to wash!
