How to Order and the Delivery Process
If you are interested in owning your own Phoenix Bar, please
read the rough guide below. Step 1 is to contact us so we can
start to discuss your requirements and we can send you a
brochure to give you more information and options. Go to the

1. Make the Best of your Options
The first step in the ordering process is to choose your
Phoenix Bar. This involves selecting the Stations you would
like and making other customisations - please contact us for
more detail and to understand the different selections
available.
2. Placing the Order
Once we have agreed your precise preferences for your Phoenix Bar,
the order will be officially made. The first payment instalment
is also be due.
3. Manufacture and Production
Your Bar Stations would then be handmade in the UK
and we would modify from the standard unit to
fit your customised options. This step will take 4-6 weeks
depending on the time of the year as parts may need to be
specially ordered based on your choices.
4. Delivery and Set Up
We will contact you to arrange a firm delivery date and time
so that it will fit in with your diary and set up the second
payment. You will receive, as standard, trained Velocity Bars
staff to both deliver and set up your new home bar.
5. Post Set Up Service
If there are any problems with your Phoenix Bar resulting
from manufacture or delivery, please let us know as soon as
possible and we will work to resolve the situation as soon as
possible. If at a later date, you wish for your bar to be
re-customised for a new look, please call us and we can discuss
these options with you. |
