The Bacardi Cocktail

The Bacardi Cocktail is one of the few cocktails that features a brand name in the title. Since a court battle in 1936, this cocktail is legally required to include the world famous Bacardi rum.

To make the Bacardi Cocktail, fill a shaker with ice. Then pour in the Bacardi rum and the grenadine. Squeeze the lime over the drink and shake vigorously for several seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry if desired.
