Tequini

The Tequini is the Mexican version of the Martini - rather unsurprising when you consider the name and ingredients.

The Angostura Bitters add a herbal note to the drink. These can also be exchanged with Orange Bitters - it's your decision.

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for several seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with 3 black olives on a cocktail pick.
