Add the main four ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with ice and shake vigorously for approximately 10 - 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. The marvellous finishing touch to this is the flamed orange zest. Carefully hold the zest above a flame for a few seconds then squeeze it over the flame and into the drink. The spray will cause a slight spark. Then simply slide the orange zest to float in the drink.
