Naughty Strawberries and Cream

Wimbledon is here once again, so to enjoy a spot of tennis, why not serve yourself and your friends a Velocity Bars original recipe - Naughty Strawberries and Cream.

Put approximately 8 large cubes of ice into a good quality blender. Add the 4 of the strawberries, the vodka, Galliano and Cream. Pulse the blender until all of the ice has been crushed and mixed in well with the ingredients.

Serve the mixture into an elegant hi-ball glass. Garnish this cocktail with the final strawberry and a scoop of mint ice cream.
