The key to making this drink is to take your time. Take the sugar cube and add a few drops of Angostura Bitters so it soaks in. Slowly start adding ice cubes and the bourbon, stirring continuously. Keep adding more whiskey and more ice and keep stirring the drink. When you have added all your whiskey and are ready to serve, garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a twist of orange peel.
