Velocity Bars Recipe

To make Flying, add the Gin, Cointreau, 1/2 the juice of a lime (approximately 15ml) and a very slight dash of Blue Curacao to a cocktail shaker filled with hard ice cubes. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds or so. Using a strainer, pour the drink into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a Lime Slice and a Cocktail Maraschino cherry.
