The Nitrous

A Velocity Bars original drink which originated in 2005. An impressive drink to serve, the Nitrous has been enjoyed by all those who have tasted it.

To make this drink, add the Gin, Cranberry, Lemon and Sugar Syrup into a shaker filled with hard ice cubes. Give the mixture a good shake, then strain into a cocktail or martini glass.
For the final touch, dribble a teaspoon of Blue Curacao gently down the side of the glass, which should then settle at the bottom.
